itdesign GmbH, headquartered in Tübingen, has taken 1st place in the “Best Employers in Baden-Württemberg 2026” competition organized by Great Place To Work®. On a national level, the Tübingen-based software company ranked 4th. This was announced last week in Cologne by the research and consulting institute Great Place To Work®.
