itdesign receives “Great Place to Work®” award

itdesign GmbH, headquartered in Tübingen, has been awarded first place in the “Best Employers in Baden-Württemberg 2024” competition. The software company came 11th in the nationwide competition. itdesign was ranked 8th among ICT companies in the size category.

In order to receive the “Great Place to Work®” seal of quality, companies undergo an independent audit of their workplace culture and the judgment of their own employees. Topics covered in the survey include trust in managers, fairness, appreciation, respect and identification with the company. “It is impressive how consistently and sustainably the participating companies in the Great Place to Work® initiative regularly gather feedback from their employees in order to further develop their company,” says Andreas Schuber, Managing Director of Grat Place to Work Germany. “The fact that they made it onto the best list out of over 1,000 participating companies shows the top quality in terms of the corporate culture practiced.”

Founded in Tübingen in 1999, itdesign GmbH is an innovative and internationally active software company. It offers its own software products as well as those of partners in the areas of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and PPM (Project and Portfolio Management). The self-developed cloud software Meisterplan is now used by companies and organizations worldwide.
