itdesign GmbH received two awards last week: At the German SME Summit, the Tübingen-based software company was once again included in the “Top 100” for the second time. This seal is awarded to medium-sized companies with exceptional innovative strength. This year, the prize was presented by former German President and Minister-President Christian Wulff, who supports the competition as a mentor.
In the scientific selection process, itdesign stood out in size category C (more than 200 employees in Germany), particularly in the category “Innovation-friendly top management.” Investments are consistently aligned with the company’s strategy—this principle guides the management team of itdesign GmbH in its decision-making. Transparent communication plays a central role and strengthens the company’s innovation climate.
“We are delighted to receive this award,” says Christoph Adamczyk, Managing Director of itdesign. “And we are proud to be part of the Top 100 community. What makes the event special: no matter whom you talk to—there is no sense of pessimism here. Innovation creates opportunities in Germany, and we are ready to seize them.”
At the same time, itdesign received a second award in Karlsruhe: At the Customer Centricity Forum held at ZKM | Center for Art and Media, CAS Software AG honored the Tübingen-based company with the Customer Centricity Award. “itdesign has mastered the ability to interconnect complex relationships between technology, processes, and human interaction in such a way that end customers experience a seamless and inspiring journey,” says Martin Hubschneider, founder and CEO of CAS Software AG. “The itdesign team has recognized that excellent service and outstanding customer experience are no coincidence, but the result of a precise, strategic architecture.”
